How it all Began

The company was founded in 1995, while Dina was working with a local General Contractor managing their Customer Service Dept. A homeowner who had purchased their first Florida home was leaving town for the summer season and asked Dina to look after their home while they were away. Having never done that before, she expressed her concern and the client responded by saying “We wouldn’t trust anyone else, the rest we will learn together”. Those clients returned to town six months later and told other neighbors about the great job Dina had done for them and “Lotz of Care Homewatch Services” was born.

As those newly built homes began to age, clients began requesting for general maintenance and repair assistance. In 1998 Russell began working with Dina on a part-time basis to provide her clients with these additional services. Around 2005, clients were ready for updates and refreshers, and some were purchasing new homes they wanted to put their personal stamp on. Once again, clients began asking for assistance with remodeling and renovations. In 2011, Russell took over the day-to-day field operations in order to dedicate his full attention to our client’s growing needs, and our company transitioned into “LotzCo, Inc. – Lotz of Care Home and Property Services”.

Lucas had spent his entire life working with his dad, so in 2017, after graduating from the University of Central Florida, he asked to be the future President of the company! Lucas began learning every aspect of the company, and in 2020, after meeting the State of Florida’s necessary hands on experience in the field, Lucas became a licensed Building Contractor, making LotzCo, Inc. two generations strong. For more than 30-years, we have been providing unsurpassed home and property services to many of Palm Beach County homeowners and business owners.

Even the subcontractors we work with need to uphold that same level of reputation, and are required to be licensed and insured. We make no exceptions, and can back that up by providing our clients with a certificate of insurance and license for any subcontractor stepping foot on our client’s property.

President

Russell Lotz, a licensed Certified Residential Contractor since 1997. He spent more than 18-years as the Construction Superintendent building hundreds of the homes in some of the most prestigious communities throughout Palm Beach Gardens. His experience, diverse knowledge, skills and contacts in the construction industry ensures our clients receive the highest quality of service and workmanship at every level.

Lucas Lotz

Vice President

Lucas Lotz, a licensed Certified Building Contractor since 2020. His dedication to staying current with construction industry standards, while intertwining the tried and true methods handed down to him by 2-generations of contractors, has proven beneficial to every client he works with. From residential to commercial projects, Lucas ensures a level of attention and communication that is unsurpassed, and a rarity in the construction industry.

Dina Lotz

Founder, VP of Administration

Dina Lotz founded the business in 1995 providing Homewatch services to absentee owners. With more than 20-years in the construction and legal industries, her expansive background is in Business Administration, Human Resource, Insurance, and Operational processes. Dina has an unsurpassed dedication to making the lives of those around her run smooth and efficiently.
