Our Story

Russell and Dina were born and raised in Northern New Jersey, and moved to Florida in 1992 to assist with rebuilding Miami after Hurricane Andrew. Both coming from families who owned and operated businesses in the construction industry. Russell’s grandfather was a structural engineer and his dad was an excavator. Dina’s father was a second generation residential developer and her mom an interior decorator. They have spent their entire life immersed in all aspects of residential construction, renovation, maintenance and service, taking every opportunity to pass that experience on to their children. From a very young age, Lucas began learning and developing the same passions being handed down by his father and grandparents. Working with LotzCo, is like being a part of the family.
