HOW IT ALL BEGAN
For more than 20-years, LotzCo, Inc. has provided unsurpassed home and property services to many Palm Beach County homeowners. While other companies have come, gone and changed ownership, we have remained family-owned and operated since inception and continue to grow side-by-side with our clients.
The company was founded in 1995, when Dina was working with a local General Contractor managing their Customer Service Dept. A single client was leaving town for the season and asked Dina to look after their home while they were away. Having never done that before, she expressed her concern and the client responded by saying “We wouldn’t trust anyone else, the rest we will learn together”. Those clients returned the next season and told other neighbors about the great job Dina had done for them and “Lotz of Care Homewatch Services“ was born.
As those homes began to age, Russell began assisting Dina in 1998 to help provide clients with general maintenance and repairs for their new homes. Over the years, as our client’s needs continued to grow, so did our services. Russell took over the day-to-day operations in 2011 in order to dedicate his full attention to our client’s growing needs, and we became “LotzCo, Inc. – Lotz of Care Home and Property Services“
After years of growing up helping his parents, Lucas joined the business in 2017 after graduating college, making LotzCo two generations strong. In 2018, he passed his Building Contractor exam, and in 2020 completed the required hands-on experience to obtain his license and become a qualifier for the company.

Russell Lotz
President
Russell, a licensed Certified Residential Contractor since 1997, spent more than 18-years as the Construction Superintendent building hundreds of the homes in some of the most prestigious communities throughout Palm Beach Gardens. His experience, diverse knowledge, skills and contacts in the construction industry ensures that our clients receive the highest quality of service and workmanship at every level.

Lucas Lotz
Vice President
Lucas, a licensed Certified Building Contractor, joined the business full-time in 2017 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing. He grew up working side-by-side with Dina doing homewatch, and with Russell learning all the important details about the construction industry.

Dina Lotz
Founder, VP of Administration
Dina founded the business in 1995 providing Homewatch services to seasonal residents. She spent more than 15-years in the construction industry with a large-scale local General Contractor. Her expansive background in Operations, HR and Administration as the COO for a prominent AV-rated law firm, provides a combination of experience and unsurpassed dedication to making the lives of those around her run smooth and efficiently.
